In the week of 10-14 July the ACIL and the Asser Institute held a Summer School on ‘The Law and Practice of International Dispute Settlement’ in The Hague.

The Summer School brought together 18 participants of diverse backgrounds in practice (especially members of the diplomatic corps and members of the bar) and in academia.

Next to engaging with leading scholars and practitioners in the field, participants visited the Iran US Claims Tribunal to exchange with His Excellency Judge Bruno Simma and Senior Legal Adviser Dr. Cristina Hoss, and they attended hearings at the International Court of Justice.
