Mr. Christopher Gosnell, Defence counsel at international courts and tribunals, will give a guest lecture followed by Q&As as part of the course “Law Lab in International Criminal Law”.
Christopher Gosnell has represented Accused before the ICTY, Special Court for Sierra Leone, Special Tribunal for Lebanon and is currently defence counsel at the International Criminal Court. Gosnell is licensed in New York and was formally in private practice. He clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada and is a former lecturer at Columbia Law School and the Geneva Academy.
