The Speaker

Vincent Cillessen (MA / Chief Inspector NL Police) has been working for the Netherlands International Crimes Unit for the last 8 years, since 2 years in the capacity of Teamleader. He joined the Netherlands Police in 2007 by entering the Criminal Investigator’s Master program at the Netherlands Police Academy. Before that Vincent finished a Master Political Science / International Relations / Conflict Studies at the University of Amsterdam and the Radboud University Nijmegen. During the last 20 years he has been focusing on armed conflicts from different perspectives, both from an academic as well a practical point of view.
