The war in Ukraine raises a wealth of legal issues. They range from the illegality of the act of aggression by Russia and the laws of war via the rights and obligations of third parties (including the Netherlands) to issues of criminal liability, inter-state dispute settlement and refugee law. Experts of the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Law, will come together for a virtual roundtable to briefly explain the main legal issues and for questions and answers—for students, colleagues and everyone interested.
