The digital economy reconfigures work-life relations in profound ways, ranging from fears of being replaced by AI, to an increasingly global gig economy that requires availability across multiple platforms and time zones, to evermore fractured career paths. These developments create new opportunities, but certainly also many challenges, in particular for women whose lives are often marked by caring responsibilities for others and little time sovereignty.

This workshop brings together women in their mid-career from different backgrounds who share the sense that we are living through a transformational period. Together we want to explore how women can best position themselves within this transformation, not only to adapt, but to actively shape the future of work on their own terms.
