
Before starting the research master’s, Sjors obtained undergraduate degrees in law, philosophy (cum laude), and PPLE (cum laude) at the UvA. Alongside the research master’s, he is pursuing a master’s degree in philosophy. He also works as a student-assistant for the Rethinking SLIC project and previously worked as a tutor at PPLE.
His interests include human rights, international criminal law, and political and legal philosophy. He is especially interested in normative and conceptual questions and how global developments challenge the way we currently think about them.
