On Friday 4 March, ACIL organised a roundtable and Q&A discussing the war in Ukraine. Experts of the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Law, came together for a virtual roundtable to discuss a range of legal issues from the illegality of the act of aggression by Russia and the laws of war via the rights and obligations of third parties (including the Netherlands) to issues of criminal liability, inter-state dispute settlement and refugee law.

The roundtable was moderated by Ingo Venzke.
